How I Work

How I build, lead, and scale creative.

My approach to brand, product launches, creative leadership, team building, operations, and AI—as one connected way of working, not separate disciplines.

Building Brands & Launching Products

I think about brand as a system, not a logo—something that has to hold together across every surface a customer touches, from packaging to a support email. Consistency isn't about rules; it's about making sure an experience feels like it came from the same place, no matter where someone encounters it.

A launch is only as strong as its weakest touchpoint. I build launches as one connected system across retail, digital, photography, and packaging—so a customer's experience feels considered whether they discover a product on a shelf or through a lifecycle email.

Leading Creative & Growing Teams

Good creative direction is mostly about trust—giving teams a clear point of view to work from, then getting out of the way. Creative reviews work best as a conversation, not a gate; the goal is sharper thinking, not just sign-off.

Teams are built the same way brands are—deliberately, with attention to who does what and why. Hiring, mentorship, and resource planning all come down to the same question: are people set up to do their best work, and do they know it matters.

Scaling Creative & Working with AI

Scaling creative work means building the operational structure that lets quality hold up as volume grows—design systems, brand governance, and workflows that make consistency easier, not harder, as a team gets bigger.

I use AI where it removes friction, and protect the parts of the process where human judgment and taste still matter most. The tools will keep changing; the responsibility to know the difference won't.
